Mount Macedon Primary School is a small community school which offers excellent opportunities for all students in a nurturing environment. We currently have 112 children at the school.

In 2009 we have 5 classes. The teachers are:

Prep - Annette Weinberger and  Jane Jennings

Grade 1/2 - Rebecca Bowen.  Grade 2/3 - Bianca Hudson.    Grade 3/4 - Helen Burgess.     Grade 5/6 - Laura McKenzie 

The school also offers specialist classes including:                       Italian - Maria Nesci. Music - Michelle Huggan      Physical Education - Kim Elliott.

Students may also choose to participate in an Instrumental Music program conducted by highly qualified Music teachers. These lessons are conducted during school hours in the school portable.

Reading Recovery is a program that supports the literacy development of children in Grade 1. Alison Kitching is our Reading Recovery teacher. Our school's Library technician is Liz Wilson.

Susy Jarman and Michelle Barfoot are our school's office administration. Vicki Van Ross is our School Support Staff who assists special needs children.

Our Out of Hours School Care staff are: Amanda Green (Coordinator) and Loretta Horne.
